Hi Michelle -

Sorry for the delayed response, I kept hoping we could get it started this summer. As for status, we haven't moved ahead yet! It's still waiting, all framed and ready. I'm hoping to work on it in the fall, budget willing. I'm planning on having it be our "landing pad" for the house as the garage door leads to the sunroom entrance. Other than that, we have a nice sitting area planned with a daybed and built-in storage (ideally to accommodate our recycling needs).

i renovated a unit in a 19th c. building. it was destroyed, so the owner bank had sprayed the entire interior white. we had to scrape off much of the paint. there was so much old bad paint in one room we removed it w/ a snow shovel (and disposed of all of it at a proper waste facility).

the common areas and exterior of the building is painted with specificied benny moore colors it was very rewarding once it had been painted. we put up endless samples of benny moore paint, and came up with a very nice color scheme using their popular historic colors line. it was a huge job, but using their primers and paints, it all worked out.
